what schools are saying

"Amy reignited my passion for teaching writing."

Amy’s expertise in early childhood literacy has transformed my approach to teaching writing. Her guidance helped me better understand the developmental progression of emergent writing—from drawing and scribbling to labeling, stretching out sounds, and composing full thoughts. With the practical strategies she shared, I implemented modeled, shared, and interactive writing routines that are now cornerstones of my classroom instruction. I’ve seen my kindergartners grow into confident, joyful writers who see themselves as real authors. I’m so grateful for Amy’s support, encouragement, and lasting impact on both me and my students.

— Tina Sonde, Kindergarten Teacher, PGCPS
